Homeopathic personal profiling

We recognize about fifty-seven different personal profiles and about fifty-seven different combinations of types.

The determination of the correct profile of the patient based on the physical, emotional, and other symptoms will help us determine the particular list of needed homeopathic formulas and dosage for the specific patient.

Quite often, I find it very hard to profile a particular patient as so many people now days have a mix of two or even three types. Furthermore, there are many sub types who have particular features of one type and the same amount of features which completely contradict this very same type. It is my goal to determine which particular type or in many cases what mixes of types does the patient consist of.

One of the reasons that I myself often follow the French school of combinatory homeopathic style is simply due to the fact that I can profile a patient according to two or more homeopathic types. Therefore, I would administer five or more homeopathic remedies aimed specifically to match the constitutional type, knowing that at least two or more remedies will certainly trigger the needed response.

Nonetheless, I still use the style of classical homeopathy in some cases where I can clearly see a picture corresponding to a specific homeopathic constitutional type and its physical and mental symptoms. I frequently administer naturally prepared homeopathic tinctures to support the action of specific homeopathic constitutional remedies due to their detoxification and regenerative properties. Many people have reactions after a dosage of correctly chosen remedy and the tinctures prepared from organic wildlife and plants drastically reduce these effects.

As you already know, the correct reaction will force the inner disease which was in hiding for so long to surface to the outer surfaces such as skin. So the occurrence of eczema, itchiness, sweating become frequent and bothersome to many patients who may suspect the overall worsening of their health and thus ineffective homeopathic treatment.

The tinctures lessen such effects and provide the needed support for organism which may get tired or overworked due to a need of increased inner energy it uses to drain the toxins outside. These tinctures may be compared to the gasoline you are filling your car with, something like premium plus compare to the regular gasoline which would increase the performance of the engine. Especially it is very beneficial for the elderly whose levels of inner energy are not the same as in the younger patients, they surely need more of the natural tinctures to cope with stress caused by the detoxification process of the organism.

Calcarea Carbonica type: this type of the patient presents us with slow moving body, inaccurate, with thickened skin, saggy cheeks, hands are usually cold and moist.

Calcarea Carbonica types are quiet, cautious, impressionable, and extremely sensitive. They are overweight, always feel cold rather than warm. They are not very friendly and warm towards the outsiders but have great warmth and love towards the close family members.

This type feels better in warm rooms without the supply of fresh cool air, and is extremely stubborn. They prefer sweet foods, starchy foods, eggs and oysters, but dislike coffee and milk. General fears are: darkness and ghosts, incurable illness, poverty, mice, and sunder storms. There are many other aspects of profiling each type which I will not list as it can go on and on. An example of Calcarea Carbonica type can be seen in a man who was a bank teller all his life without a struggle to succeed and to climb the structural ladder to become a manager or a financial adviser, they seem to stay constantly in the same spot, doing the same daily activities even if such activities bring little financial gain.

They seem not to care too much about money or the materialistic things compare to other types and thus are usually are satisfied with what they can survive on as long as they do not end up on the street. This particular type is usually always dependant on the more materialistic partner who is in fact supporting them financially. A manager wife would encourage this bank teller to get a higher position and to relocate but he would get mad and aggravated with the answer: “do not bother me, let me stay where I feel comfortable, I do not want to take two buses so that I will make three hundred dollars a month more”, in other words they do not go after a future potential which requires hard work and are usually lazy without ambitions.

Lachesis type: this type of the patient is very energetic and requires little sleep as the energy levels refill at short intervals.

They can be jealous, envious, sly, persistent, hard working, passionate, self-destructive, and meticulous. Many people will not be able to determine this type as all the characteristics hide under the friendly face. They cannot tolerate alcohol, spicy and sour foods. Some of the stimulants like coffee and nicotine are well tolerated while the others are not.

They love to talk and need constant interaction with people. Lachesis types usually have different alternative relationships, thus divorce and affairs are common. Lachesis types find themselves vacillating between love and hate for their partner. Although they posses great creative energy, it may be sporadic and ill-sustained. They fear water, poisoning, burglars, and suffocation.

They are often religious people who always feel like there is a physical body and another spiritual body affected by higher beings. The example could be a lachesis type child who stole some change from his mother’s pocket and feels extremely guilty about it as the inner voice always tells him that he committed a sin. Quite frequently the change will be returned due to this inner voice which will not leave the child alone.

An example could also be seen in a school teacher who always helps a particular student with extra activities, and one day suddenly in front of the other classmates humiliates and exposes the same student, later becoming nice and kind again, willing to sacrifice everything for the student who now has really questionable feelings towards this “double faced teacher”.

Lycopodium type: this type is usually thin, slim, may become bold at an early age, always suspecting a lie, scared of direct action, pale skin, does not have any patience at work or at home.

They usually have high expectations of themselves and the surrounding people. They will work very hard if they think it is worth it at the end. He has numerous insecurities about financial matters, relationships, traveling and etc. When somebody is arguing with him he may try to avoid a direct confrontation. They would rather be alone then in the company of many people, often they end up without marriage as they usually rise to the top in the professional and business fields.

They do not like anything abnormal of regular standards: such as clothing style, sexuality, behavior, etc. Lycopodium type will chase something realistic that he after careful evaluation will know will bring him a sure profit. They do not become artists or poets but rather skillful trade people and professionals who studied hard to get secure and safe positions in life.

Therefore, you would never see a lycopodium type gambling in a casino or trying to invest into a stock market. They often occupy positions as general contractors, pharmacists, and skilled labor men. They will not get upset easily, an example could be a man who hears a bad comment behind his back from the colleagues, but in return will fail to react, even inside his own head he will not care as such things are of a least importance to this type.

Phosphorus type: these people look thin and elegant, they are always smiling, happy, and have beautiful looks and thin soft skin.

When they are happy or shy they may flush with red face very often. Their eyelashes are long, and the eyes are always a little closed with sparking energy which attracts the people towards them, thus they have many friends from all walks of life. They are very affectionate and kind towards others. Many become doctors, nurses, volunteers, etc.

Preference for foods: salty and spicy foods, cold drinks, ice cream, wine and cheese. This type is very intuitive and can feel what the letter will say prior to opening an envelope. Phosphorus always tries to attract opposite sex to come to him/her first. This is why a divorce rate is very high among the people of this type. They always need to feel new, like to change jobs, spouses, places of residence, etc. Many people of this type have special artistic skills, thus they have hobbies or professions corresponding to those such as painters, movie producers, actors, etc.

They love themselves and live life to the fullest. An example could be a person wearing nice and elegant clothing, constantly traveling, and partying, even though he does not have the funds to cover all the expenses. They end up paying higher credit card bills, borrowing money from friends, and spending everything they have gained in one night.

Pulsatilla type: This type is like a flower (usually a woman), needs constant care and support either from parents or from the husband who is expected to make money and take care of the family.

Usually, they make good housewives and like taking care of children, dislike physical and mental strain, prefer the partner to solve all the problems. They always need reassurance and affection but quite often are selfish and cannot give the same to the partner. Food preferences: rich sweet foods, cakes, pastries, chocolates, cold drinks.

They dislike butter, pork, eggs, and fruits. They are friendly, well-mannered, and are in need of constant company. That is why they have friends of different age groups, and many house pets. Pulsatilla prefers relationship with somebody much stronger than her/him and usually fully follow all the instructions from the more dominant spouse.

An example could be thin and stylish, elegant woman with nice facial features who does not like to compromise and will willingly marry someone much older than her own age even without feeling of love, but as long as she is comfortable with the husband who will treat her well and take care of all her finances. Pulsatilla type is frequently physically, financially, and emotionally dependent on somebody and do not last alone.

Sepia type: this category presents us with the following characteristics: tall and lean, with slim hips, dark hair and brown eyes, yellowish, sweaty skin, constant suffering from chronic headache, pain in the back, constipation, and fatigue.

This type loves his/her family and children but always feels too tired and exhausted to really show love and affection towards them. She may not have too many friends as she thinks it will take too much of her energy levels and efforts to keep the company. Therefore, they love to either stay home or lay on the beach with a book.

They can be career people as they are very hard working and strive for perfection, nonetheless, even though they are extremely polite and well mannered, they almost completely lack the feeling of passion, kindness, and regret.

They prefer sour and sweet foods such as: pickles, lemons, and vinegar, but dislike milk and pork. An example could be successful businesswoman who does not want to get married and have children as she thinks it will take too much effort on her behalf and would compromise her career. A housewife who has to work and perform house duties, who feels constantly tired and fails to show love and affection towards her family members even though she may really love them with all her heart.

A type sepia woman is usually not aggressive but will remember all the unfair bias towards her in the past, and one day all the emotions will come out by sudden explosion of an aggressive feeling. They make many people upset and tired by constant complains about their unfair life, they keep repeating and repeating the same things until the other person becomes tired and angry.

Silicea type: they present us with the following features: shy, delicate, and well-behaved but lack stamina.

Intelligent, tidy, pale delicate skin and fine hair. They are prone to cracked lips, and usually have brittle, rough, and yellowish nails. Food preference: cold foods, raw vegetables, salads, and ice cream. They dislike meat and cheese, milk, and warm foods. They are stubborn, not aggressive but will continue to do whatever they think is the best based on personal judgment.

They hate to bargain and will stay on the offer which in their mind is reasonable according to the performance or quality of product. They do not have too many friends but have good relationships with the ones they have. Silicea types have numerous health complains such as: asthma, chronic diarrhea, skin problems. They are very picky regarding small details, they must make sure that everything is in order thus the house is always clean, clothing is neat, hair and nails are cut short, they usually work as computer experts, dentists, dental technicians, sculptors and other tiny detail oriented people.

They prefer to stay with the same partner throughout their life as they do not seek sexual excitement, but rather concentrate on the meticulous job in order to achieve perfection from which the inner happiness arises. Silicea type quite frequently feels that he cannot perform a certain task or job due to absence of talent or skill, nonetheless they are very fast learners and are able to perform managerial duties well. After seeing success they will be more competent and will slowly try more and more, however failure in the first task will discourage them to complete this particular procedure as a whole.

Sulphur type: this type possesses the following characteristics: open hearted, giving generously of their time and efforts.

However, some are selfish, lacking willpower, and fail to follow things through completion. Most however, are very hard working towards their own goals. Sulfur types have short patience and may easily explode in anger, however they cool off fairly fast thus compromise can be usually achieved.

These people have coarse, lusterless hair, dry and scaly skin, and often look unkempt and in need of a bath. Food preference: sweet and fatty foods, spicy and sour foods such as curries and pickles, raw foods like salads, sushi, and fresh oysters. They dislike eggs and milk, hot drinks. Sulphur types fear heights, failure in business or at work, and ghosts.

Quite often it is said that they are very egoistic and self centered when it comes to family, a typical sulphur type man will ask his wife who was taking care of children all day, cooking dinner, washing clothes, etc, “why didn’t you do some gardening outside as I told you in the morning?” Divorce rate is higher among sulphur types compare to other types as the spouse feels overwhelmed and is forced out of the egoistic relationship.

They are quite materialistic and a child of sulphur type can be seen collecting stamps, rocks, keys, and other items. Many are self employed with successful businesses as they have an excellent skill of accumulating financial wealth. They are not big spenders and usually have conservative lifestyle. An example could be a very successful businessman who has accumulated millions of dollars but drives an economy car as a Toyota corolla and wears old trousers with shoes which had been repaired numerous times.

Arsenicum Album type: These people appear thin, stylish, well-groomed, and aristocratic looking.

They have fine features, delicate skin, fine hair, often appear worrisome, irritable, nervous, with sweating body. They are perfectionists by nature and thus have “all or nothing attitude”, if they cannot achieve excellence in what they do, then they will most often abandon it and will switch to something where they can exceed others.

Arsenicum Album types are particularly critical and intolerant of disorder and imprecision. They prefer warm foods and drinks, fatty foods, olive oil, sweet and sour foods. Poverty and incurable illnesses are their most feared things. Arsenicum Album types are extremely attentive towards their health, unlike any other types. An example could be a woman waking up in the morning and finding a couple of pimples with dry mouth, she could get really paranoid and run to the specialist that same day in order to find out what is going on with her body.

They may take showers several times a day, wash hands after every handshake, brush their teeth and floss immediately after a meal, at least two to three times a day, you will never see nails which are not neatly filed after cutting. They are scared of being poor and see money as a secure future, thus you can often see a child of wealthy Arsenicum Album type always having to work in order to pay for post secondary education (unlike sulphur type who loves money just because it gives power and wealth). Many have two or three jobs and a side business thus becoming workaholics, they do not really care about the opposite sex and stay with one single partner whom they treat fairly well, till the end, as they have usually materialistic priorities and a romance is their last thought.

Ignatia type: This type of people present us with: thin body, dark circles under the eyes, dark hair, sunken face, cracked lips, bright, excitable, sensitive, and precocious.

They like sour foods such as vinegar and pickles, dairy foods, and bread. However, coffee, sweets, alcohol, and fruits are not on their list of favorite foods. They fear being hurt emotionally, loosing self control, and enclosed spaces and crowds. Ignatia types have peaceful and happy facial expressions, but do suffer inside, they hate to show their inner state of mind to others as in their opinion nobody will really care and it is not important from the business prospective.

They are very romantic and will not consider anything else if they are in love. They are ready for self-sacrifice and will do anything for somebody they love, unlike some of the other types who will sacrifice only for they own goals, or for others if it benefits them. An example of such relationship could be an ignatia type woman who fell in love with a man much younger than her own age. She was well educated, professionally employed and did not care about the age or financial situation of the man.

Once she felt that she was in love she was ready to give anything for that relationship, thus the man took advantage of her trust and used her for the financial gain. Later, when she realized what happened, she got depressed and was in grief, but did not show any emotions to her close friends and colleagues. This is opposite of some other feminine types who will never take such uncalculated risks to sacrifice their financial stability and will stay with the husband whom they do not love but who is fully supportive about finances and security (pulsatilla type).

Natrum Muriaticum type: these people are extremely sensitive and refined, introverted, easily wounded by criticism or insults, nonetheless, they appear stoical and self-reliant (similar to ignatia).

They impose loneliness on themselves even though they do enjoy the company of other people. Either sandy or dark haired, they have pale, puffy, and shiny facial skin. The eyes appear watery, and the eyelids appear red, the lower lip is often cracked in the middle. They prefer sour foods like beer and sauerkraut, milk, and starchy foods like bread and rice. Chicken and coffee are not on their favorite list, the general fears are: insanity, loosing self-control, death, darkness, being late, and failure in business.

Natrum Muriaticum types will never forget and forgive somebody who did intentionally hurt them either physically or emotionally, unlike some other types who do forget this after a while and can even make friends from enemies if it benefits them (sulphur type), natrum muriaticum would never do that and thus will remain distant forever. An example of such could be a natrum muriaticum wife who accidentally discovered about her husband’s love affairs on the side and either tried to hurt him physically or would divorce and will never see him again.

A child of natrum muriaticum type will not let his parents touch or kiss him if he feels something was done unfair to him in comparison to his younger brother, he will only let them get close again if the fairness is restored. Because of the fact that this type is so easily wounded they would be very picky and assertive when choosing a spouse or someone they trust, they would hate to sacrifice their peace of mind for other’s mistakes. Therefore, if they feel trusty or very comfortable with a person rather than being blindly in love like ignatia type, they would go for the peace of mind and security.

Nux vomica type: these people are high strung, energetic, competitive, ambitious, achievers, they work and play very hard, and are highly critical of others insisting on good performance and perfection.

Nux vomica types are mentally and verbally agile, expressing themselves with brisk clarity and flashes of ironic wit. They are impatient and may easily explode with anger, at that time their faces flush red and they make shake from anger. Nux vomica types are usually lean, tense-looking, with sallow skin, and dark circles under the eyes. They have extremely high sex drive and thus often sacrifice their marriage as one person is usually not enough in the relationship.

They prefer rich, fatty foods, high-fat cheese, coffee, alcohol, and spicy foods, however, sweets and raw vegetables are not of their favorites. The general fears are: death, failure in business, water, and heights. They frequently suffer from problems associated with poor function of liver, bowels, and stomach. They consume lots of fatty, spicy, and salty foods, after a while such foods are not well tolerated and cause upset stomach, loss of appetite, and vomiting. Many become vegetarians against their dislike for raw vegetables as they become more assertive towards what they eat.

They cannot tolerate any loud noises and bright lightning, thus it is common to see them wearing sunglasses even during the bright, cloudy day. These people end up in managerial and executive positions as they are hard working and demand the same from everyone else. An example could be a casino manager who openly criticized and humiliated a slot machine supervisor in front of everyone, even though this person was a relative of an influential member of the Nevada State Gaming Commission, and could later bring damage to this manager by his influential ties.

Nux Vomica type does not care what the other party feels or who they are, they will swear, and may even hit such person when feeling mad. Many don’t care about the consequences or what may follow after their brutal actions.
